Single rider lines return to the Disneyland Resort for select attractions at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure!
When the Disneyland theme parks reopened in the spring, limited crowds were allowed inside. This meant that some features, including FastPass and Single Rider lines were no longer needed. These specifics types of lines are used to decrease wait times for popular attractions.
If you’re not familiar with the Single Rider option, it allows guests to ride with another party on attractions. In some instances, a seat may go unfulfilled as a party has an odd (or even) number of guests. Furthermore, for rides like Radiator Springs Racers, this happens quite often as there are a total of six seats per ride vehicle. Many parties leave the third seat in their row vacant. Thus, the single rider fills that seat and more people get to ride. In addition, single rider lines are often much shorter than the standard queue.

We expect to see more attractions, including Goofy’s Sky School, to get single rider in the coming months.
