The Magical Express is Walt Disney World’s official transport that takes guests between the resort hotels and Orlando International Airport. The Magical Express is free for those staying at Disney-owned hotels. In the post, we describe where to find Disney’s Magical Express in the Orlando airport.
Disney’s Magical Express is found on Level 1 of Terminal B. However, many traveler must take a train from their arrival gate to the Magical Express area.
Once you’ve entered the central hub of the airport, look for Terminal B (it’s marked as “B” in a green box). To get to Level 1, you can take the elevator or head down the escalators. From there, keep following the signs leading toward the Magical Express.
Remember, that some baggage claim spots and the Magical Express are on opposite sides. If you’re on the correct floor, Level 1, you’ll see a sign directing to the Magical Express. It’s at the very end of the hallway, so be prepared to walk.
If you’ve received luggage tags and checked your bags with the airline, the Magical Express will pick up your luggage for you. Disney delivers your bags to your room after you arrive. Keep in mind, you must place the luggage tags on your bags before checking them. Magical Express baggage tags arrive in the mail before your trip.
After you arrive at the Magical Express counter, a Disney cast member will assist you. If you have a Magic Band, have it ready to scan. After that, you’ll line up before boarding the bus designated for your resort hotel.
If you don’t have tags, you may still be able to ride. Head to the Magical Express counter and have them scan your Magic Band or check your hotel reservation. For last-minute trips, we book the Magical Express by calling (407) 939-1936 at least 24 hours before (0800 16 90 730 from the UK).
That’s it! You’ve made it to the Magical Express. The pickup and drop-off spots are in the same location, so you’ll also depart from here. We hope that helps and that you have a magical vacation.
