When can guests expect the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser to start booking voyages at the Walt Disney World Resort?

The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser promises fans of the franchise an unparalleled dive into this unique universe. This two-day, two-night adventure allows guests to role play on a fancy starship as it “travels” through a galaxy far, far away. It’s hard to say what the demand will look like now but we’re guessing that this experience could be sold out for months to come.

When Is the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser opening?

Disney just announced that the Halcyon starcruiser will start taking guests on March 1, 2022. We’re not entirely sure how often the Starcruiser will run. Will Disney need a day or two between runs to reset the ship? Or can it safely book back to back? We’ll see once the booking windows open!

When Can I Book?

Guests can start booking their voyages on October 28, 2021. However, this is just the general public date. Disney also has said that “Some Disney and Star Wars fans, including Disney Vacation Club members, Disney Passholders and Disney Visa Cardmembers” will have early access to booking.

How Much Does the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser Cost?

Like most hotels and cruise ships, the Galactic Starcruiser will vary in price depending on your travel date. It’s also expected that weekdays will be cheaper than weekend. For now, Disney gives sample pricing of $5,999 for 4 guests in one cabin (3 adults, 1 child) when booking weeknights between August 20 and September 17, 2022. This works out to $749 per night per guest. However, pricing is more per guest when you have fewer in a room.
