If you’ve made a Disneyland park hopper reservation you may have noticed “all day” on your selection but what does it mean?

Now that the Disneyland Resort has reopened, guests must make a reservation to visit the theme parks. With park hopping only allowed at 1pm, guests with park hopper tickets must reserve their starting park. Any time after 1pm, they can visit the opposite park.

However, you may be confused by the phrase “Disneyland All Day” or “Disney California Adventure All Day” on your reservation. Not to worry, we have a simple explanation for you!

The “all day” just means that you can visit that park during any part of the day. So, if you’ve chosen Disneyland as your starting park, you have access to it all day. Additionally, Disney California Adventure will only be available for you part of the day, starting at 1pm.

You also do not need to reserve the second park if you have a park hopper. Disneyland only requires the first park to have a reservation. To get more Disneyland tips and updates, sign up for our free e-mail newsletter! You can also follow us on Instagram and Twitter.
