A new Stranger Things Drive-Into Experience is coming to Los Angeles beginning October 2020, with dates through 2021!
Fans of Strangers Things have loved the Halloween experiences brought to life at Universal theme parks. However, with the cancellation of Halloween Horror Nights in 2020, it appeared that they’d have to wait another year for thrills. That is until Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience was announced.
Created by Netflix and Fever with the help of Secret Cinema, this unique, hour-long attraction allows guests to visit the creepy town of Hawkins in their car. Journey back to the 1980s, into the upside down, and do it with better social distancing measures. The experience promises “mind-bending sets, actors in costume, and otherworldly special effects.”
From the Press Release: Upon entry, guests will drive their vehicles (in groups of 24 cars) through the multi-level experience, stopping for extended periods of time for scenes to play out around them. They will then be guided to drive to the next scene, where they park again for another “chapter” in the story.
Sounds awesome to us! Tickets are on sale now for the experience and already going fast! With packages starting at $59, guests can select the number of passengers per car. Dates in 2020 have sold out. However, bookings through February 2021 are now available.
