The recently planned Disney Vacation Club tower at the Disneyland Hotel will have amazing water features for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The 12-story tower will be home to a total of 350 rooms for both Disney Vacation Club members and standard guests. Different rooms consist of 38 studios, 253 deluxe studios, 17 lock-off studios, 19 one-bedrooms, 20 two-bedrooms, and 2 grand villas.

We’re incredibly excited about this proposed art palette-shaped pool and water feature! It appears that one half is a swimming pool and the other is an interactive play area for kids. Lounge chairs surround the entire water area. According to the plans, the existing Disneyland Hotel pool will remain.

This tower is different than the cancelled hotel project that was to fit between Downtown Disney and the Disneyland Hotel. Disney axed that project after Anaheim refused a tax credit qualification due to the proposed hotel’s location. Anaheim seems to be moving forward with the approval of this new hotel tower, despite some current regulations on timeshares in the city.

Construction has yet to begin on the new hotel tower. However, the Disneyland Hotel is closed though booking for Disney’s Grand Californian and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotels start in August.
