A new Halloween Horror Nights house for 2021 just announced! Universal confirmed the creepy Puppet Theatre Captive Audience.

Universal Orlando is already setting up its plans to return in 2021. The first house, Puppet Theatre: Captive Audience, looks very creepy! Set in a decaying turn-of-the-century (1900s) San Franciscan theatre, terrifying puppets run loose. These puppets turn on the patrons and make them into gory puppets!

Puppet Theatre debuts in a new video by Universal. It appears that the house is already complete at Universal Studios Florida. However, the house won’t likely open until September 2021. Check out the video below (warning: graphic content with gore):

While many of the popular houses are from franchises like Stranger Things, we love the originals that Universal creates. Typically audiences also rank these houses higher. Perhaps the success comes from the unlimited imagination of the twisted minds that create these houses! Nevertheless, we hope to see new houses based on both familiar and new properties next year.

Sadly, Universal cancelled HHN this year due to social distancing measures. However, Universal is hosting two houses, The Bride of Frankenstein Lives and Revenge of the Tooth Fairy for guests to enjoy. Puppet Theatre opens along with several other new houses next year. This year was supposed to be Halloween Horror Nights 30th anniversary, but that celebration may be pushed back to next year. More experiences should be announced in the coming months.
