Must-Try Bites at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland

Tasty new snacks have arrived in Galaxy’s Edge and they are out of this world!

Last week, we stopped by Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland to sample the new bites around the land. As part of Disney’s effort to go more green, many of these dishes are plant-based—and absolutely amazing!

We are totally obsessed with the new Ronto-less Garden Wrap at Ronto Roasters. It’s a plant-based sausage topped with kimchi slaw, pickled cucumber, and gochujang spread. This gives it a vegan, Korean flavoring to this unique snack option! If you aren’t familiar with gochujang, it’s a chili paste that works perfectly along side pickled flavors from the crunchy cucumbers and pickled chili slaw. We’d even go as far to say that the Ronto-Less Garden Wrap is one of our top 10 favorite Disneyland snacks EVER!

Next on the menu is the new Chocolate Popcorn at Kat Saka’s Kettle. This was a suprisingly declious blend of sweet and salty flavors! The chocolate glaze—which sort of tastes like coco puffs—is enhanced by the “Crait Red Salt” (this is the salt from the planet of the same name featured in Episode 8). Every bite was amazing and we love it even more than the standard Outpost Mix!

Finally, we tried the new Garden Patty Bun at Docking Bay 7. This is a kids’ menu item, but makes a great $10 snack as well. The patty tastes just like beef and is enhanced by the soft bao bun. We loved the sauce which made the meal taste a bit like an In-N-Out burger. It also came with a roasted carrot and mini orange.

Also remember that Docking Bay 7 and Ronto Roasters have mobile ordering options for faster service. If you’re stopping by Oga’s Cantina, 60-day advanced dining reservations have begun! Visit Disneyland.com or us the Disneyland mobile app to reserve for your next trip.
