Hop on this FastPass+ option now! This morning, Disney quietly rolled out FastPass+ for Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. However, word will quickly spread for this hot new attraction.
If you have a trip coming in the next 60 days, book now (30 days if you’re not staying at a Disney Resort hotel)! The new ride opens on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Before today, Disney hasn’t stated before whether or not the attraction will have FastPass+.
It appears that the addition Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway has also changed Hollywood Studios FastPass+ tiers. Guests can choose between Slinky Dog Dash, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, or Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway in one tier. The other attractions are pooled together in the second tier. Guests may choose one from the first tier and two from the second.
Mickey & Minnies Runaway Railway uses never-before-seen “2 1/2-D” technology to bring cartoon worlds to life! The ride replaced the former Great Movie Ride in the Chinese Theatre at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The attraction delayed a year in favor of opening Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
