Steps to change a name on a Disneyland ticket to either Disneyland park, Disney California Adventure, or a park hopper.
When Disneyland tickets went back on sale, guests waited for hours to grab them online, fearing tickets could sell out. Of course, this didn’t happen because Disneyland is happy to sell tickets all year round. However, the theme park reservations were a little trickier to get. So now many guests are realizing that the person they’ve chosen to visit the parks with can no longer go. When this happens, how do you change the name on your Disneyland ticket?
Unfortunately, there is no easy way for a guest to change the name on a ticket. Disneyland pretty much locks everyone’s names in at the start. However, many people have found a way to change the ticket name, even though Disneyland lists these as non-transferable.
To make this change, you’ll need to contact Disneyland. The best way is via the Disneyland app where you can directly message a Cast Member for customer support. To do this, open the Disneyland app > menu > click “Chat With Us” (see image below). While a name change is not guaranteed, Disneyland will often send you a form for a name correction.
