Great news for cookie-lovers, Orlando’s famous Gideon’s Bakehouse is opening up shop in Disney Springs later this year.
Gideon’s Bakehouse is famous for its delicious chocolate chip-covered gourmet cookies. Foodies often rave about these Orlando-based sweets which has one location about 30 minutes north of Walt Disney World. So for those wishing to stay on property for vacation snacks, the second Disney Springs location is a great choice!
In addition to cookies, Gideon’s serves delicious frosted cakes and iced coffees. The shop has a rustic feel and will look great when it debuts near Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar in The Landing.

Gideon’s Bakehouse doesn’t have an official debut date, but Disney says “later this year” which could mean this summer, fall, or even holiday 2020. Typically, Disney announces the new spot once its opened without much warning but with plenty of fanfare in Disney Springs.
