The Grand Californian villas are reopening at the Disneyland Resort with reservations beginning for DVC members this spring!
Good news for those wishing to stay again at the Disneyland Resort! Beginning May 2, guests can start staying on property at the hotel villas. For now, booking is available for those with Disney Vacation Club points. There is also no plan to open the other Disneyland Hotels until further notice. The villas will also have limited activities and other experiences.
The Villas at Disney’s Grand California originally closed last March shortly after the theme parks. Since then, all Disneyland Resort hotels have remained closed. However, plans to reopen the villas were set for December but that was changed due to new restrictions by California.
For now, the Downtown Disney shopping district has shopping and dining opportunities for visiting guests. Facial coverings, social distancing, and other safety measures are required for public spaces.
