The Disneyland Resort theme parks will soon allow out-of-state visitors to enter Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.

When the Disneyland Resort reopened its two theme parks on April 30, only California residents were allowed to visit. California set these rules so that theme parks could reopen in the spring. Now as California plans to reopen just before the summer, Disneyland can begin hosting non-resident guests.

Starting June 15, guests from outside of California can starting visiting Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Out-of-state visitors can purchase tickets and make reservation starting today on Disneyland’s website. However, the first day of visit cannot be before June 15.

In addition, Disneyland has expanded its reservation period from 60 days to 120 days in advance. Meaning, guests can book their reservations now into September! Keep in mind that many dates are booking fast so we recommend reserving as soon as possible.

Disneyland still enforces masks and physical distancing around the resort. For the time being, guests are not required to show proof of vaccination or a negative test to visit Disneyland. While all of these rules could change if the state demands it, things seem to be a lot more open now with widely available vaccines.
