The Disneyland Resort pushes back hotel and dining reservations to July 1, 2020. The previous June 1, 2020 date has been delayed another month.
Guests wishing to stay at a Disneyland Resort hotel will now have to wait into the summer. Reservations for the Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Grand Californian, and Disney’s Paradise Pier are now taking reservations beginning July 1, 2020. Disney also delayed dining reservation to the same date.
The change is due to federal and local guidelines due to the coronavirus pandemic. As theme parks figure out their next steps, dining and hotels will be the first to take reservations.

With that said, the reopening of the the hotels and restaurants will not necessarily mean the return of Disneyland’s two theme parks. Shanghai Disneyland is the only scheduled park scheduled to reopen on May 11, 2020. At this time, Disneyland and Disney California Adventure do not have a reopening date.
Disneyland has also removed its most recent hotel discounts. We anticipate that not all rooms will be available at first to keep guests spaced throughout the resort.
