Since the opening of Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, guests feel all but forced to arrive at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at the crack of dawn. After grabbing a boarding pass, you may start to feel hungry. Luckily, Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo has a delicious breakfast option for $10.99!

The Bright Suns Breakfast Platter is an out-of-this-world take on American-style breakfast. Essentially, it’s eggs, sausage, hash browns (potatoes), and a pastry – but with a twist! The eggs are like a cheesy bite, similar to ones sold at Starbucks. We love these style of eggs because they are perfectly fluffy and plenty cheesy!

The pork sausage looked bit standard, but it had a hearty flavor to it. The sausage went extremely well with the side of purple potato hash. Don’t let the purple color worry you, these tasted like typical roasted breakfast potatoes.

Finally, the mini Mustafarian Cinnamon Roll finished off the meal. The roll is a lightly sweet pastry topped with cookie crumbles and a raspberry glaze. We loved all of the flavors, but wished that the roll was served fresh (none of the Mustafarian Cinnamon Rolls we’ve had in Galaxy’s Edge have been fresh). Nonetheless, this is an excellent, filling breakfast for one person.

If you’re looking for a side, the Moof Juice (orange and pineapple juice with chipotle-pineapple) is a refreshing compliment. Adults looking for a boozy option should try the Takodana Quencher – which we review here.

Oh, and “bright suns” means “good morning” on Batuu! So, bright suns, if you’re reading this while hungry in the morning. Want more Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge tips sent straight to your inbox? Subscribe to our free Disney e-mail newsletter for here!
