Select dining locations in Universal CityWalk Orlando begin limited reopening starting Monday, May 11, 2020. More restaurants are expected to follow.
UPDATE (5/12/20): Several restaurants will now reopen on May 14.
After following guidelines set by the Orange County Economic Recovery Task Force last month, a partial reopening begins next week. Staff working at Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville and Starbucks both received notifications to come back to work. However, the restaurants haven’t released official statements yet.
If the locations fully open next week, we still expect social distancing enforced and takeout or mobile orders for reduced crowding. Furthermore, only outdoor seating may be available. However, only time will tell how many guests these locations receive.
