Universal’s Islands of Adventure is filled with unique attractions and rare characters. But nothing is more elusive than the Green Eggs and Ham Cafe. Almost every day of the year, park guests stroll in front of this wonky eatery, only to notice that its doors are closed. But when will the Green Eggs and Ham Cafe open next?
Universal has opted to make this cafe a seasonal attraction. We blame it on the weirdness of Green Eggs and Ham. Yes, of course we’d like to try them. But it does sound weird to most park guests who opt to dine in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter or Jurassic Park Island. Thus, the cafe is stuck in limbo for about eleven months of the year.
Alright, so when will it open? In 2019, the Green Eggs and Ham Cafe opens its doors on December 1st. This was just in time for the holiday rush and for the cafe to push out some new dining options! Check out these totally sweet tots and other bites:

Green Eggs & Ham Tots – The name says it all! Tots with green scrambled eggs, bits of ham, and cheesy sauce
Pizza Tots – Combine two of the things you love the most! Cheesy tots with pepperoni and sausage.
