Universal Studios Hollywood has finally updated its Covid-19 vaccination requirements for guests visiting the theme park.
Starting October 7, guests of Universal Studios Hollywood must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 before entering the park. Negative Covid-19 test taken within 72 hours of visit also accepted. Children under 12 years of age are exempt.
Guests can bring a copy or digital photo of their vaccination card or negative test. Universal does not accept home Covid-19 tests cannot as proof. Instead, guests must present a A PCR or antigen test. All guests 18 and older also must show a photo ID before entering the park.
These new rules are inline with Los Angeles Public Health guidelines. Universal Studios Hollywood is also requiring that all guests wear face coverings when in the park—both indoors and outdoors. Universal requites face coverings regardless of vaccination status.
