A review of the Petite Impossible Burger with Guac and Pepper Jack Cheese at Disney California Adventure’s 2020 Food & Wine Festival.
This mini Impossible Burger is just we expected. A plant-based burger patty with a thick layer of guacamole in a bite-sized portion. It’s not really enough to share, and pretty pricey for how small it is. Flavorwise, however, it was certainly satisfying. The patty was also juicy and tasted just like the real deal.
If you’re looking for something a little more adventurous, we recommend snacking on something else. There are plenty of snacks at the different booths and we highly recommend browsing.
Usually when we think of an Impossible Burger patty, we think of vegan-friendly food. However, this variation is certainly not that (it’s covered in cheese). Instead, the Impossible Burgers at Disney are more for a slightly different flavor and for those wishing to eat less beef products.
Early this week, Disney announced a partnership with Impossible Burger, bring their brand of beef-like products into its parks. Therefore, we expect to see these types of patties showing up more frequently.
