A review of the Let It Snow Chocolate Taco found at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe in the Magic Kingdom.
The holidays are full on for 2020, especially at the Magic Kingdom. Beyond the Christmas decor on Main Street, there are other seasonal surprises to find throughout the parks. For us, the seasonal lineup of holiday snacks are some of the best highlights!
One of this year’s festive holiday treats is the Let It Snow Chocolate Taco. This colorful sweet is taco-shaped but without the crunch of its namesake. If this snack has caught your eye, you should know what to expect before you sink in your teeth. Disney describes the dessert as a “chocolate taco shell filled with salted caramel and spiced chocolate mousse.” Overall, we thought it was like biting into two thin cookies with whipped cream in the middle. The whipped cream flavors were hard to place, but we guess cinnamon and nutmeg.
Overall, we loved the attention to detail in this tread. Sometimes Disney snacks can come out a bit messy, but this taco was perfectly crafted and full of decorative bits. The flavor was semi-sweet, but still pretty rich. Thankfully, it’s big enough to share for 2-4 people, if everyone just wants a bite.
