Garlic Kissed Marketplace brings some of the best-looking savory items at this year’s Food & Wine Festival. However, the Carbonara Garlic Mac & Cheese really grabbed our attention.
While our reviews of Disneyland’s mac and cheese are hit or miss, the Food & Wine Festival typically does a great job. The Carbonara Garlic Mac & Cheese was very good.
The noodles are topped with white cheddar sauce, Nueske’s Bacon, red pepper parmesan, and Panko bread crumbs. We loved the heavy amount of garlic and light spice from the red pepper.
The mac was also plenty cheesy and went well with the thick chunks of bacon. While it doesn’t come in a fancy little pan like in the photo, it didn’t need to. We ate this thing so fast that we almost forgot we ordered it!
