This has to be one of our favorite Disney cocktails ever! The Blue Angeleno is made of white rum, blue curacao, orgeat, sweetened coconut cream, pineapple and orange juices.
The fruit juice blends PERFECTLY with the coconut. It was tangy, sweet, creamy, and just great for a warm day.
We love the fun garnishments, too. This one was topped with a huge orange slice and umbrella toothpick.
Hopefully Disney keeps this recipe around for a while! Perhaps, add it to one of the bar menus after Food & Wine ends? We’d gladly order it again!
