The Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Milk Stand Breakfast now serves breakfast items. Three new items have been added: Saka Farm Egg Bite, Green Milk Bread Pudding, and Wampa Yogurt Cup. These breakfast items are only available at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World.
Just based off the names, we thought that all of these snacks would be delicious. After all, Galaxy’s Edge has some amazing food. But after a snacking at the Milk Stand one early morning, our reviews were mixed.
Saka Egg Bite Review
If you’re going to try one of these, the Saka Egg Bite is VERY good! It’s egg-whites made into a soufflé and topped with spicy tomato sauce, crumbled feta cheese, and garlic bread crumbs. If you’ve had the egg bite at Docking Bay 7, they are very different. Instead, the Saka Egg Bite tastes like a breakfast version of a lasagna. We loved how the flavors came together in the hot tin dish. However, it is pretty spicy, so beware!

Green Milk Bread Pudding Review
The Green Milk Bread Pudding was probably the worst. Green Milk already has sort of a weird, tangy flavor. However, we did enjoy the Toydaria Swirl (a spicy version of the drink sold exclusively at Disneyland) so we gave the Bread Pudding a try. The bread pudding itself was pretty good. It tasted just like a crumbled pastry. However, the Green Milk topping made the whole thing taste like bubble gum. We’re not entirely sure how that flavor came about, but finishing the snack was challenging. We recommend skipping this one.

Wamba Yogurt Cup Review
The Wamba Yogurt Cup was just okay. The yogurt is made of plant-based coconut milk and its mixed with the Green Milk. However, the topping was almost like a fruit salsa with basil. The flavor was a bit complex and didn’t really agreed with our tastebuds.

Overall, if you’re looking for a delicious breakfast in Galaxy’s Edge, we recommend visiting Docking Bay 7 instead. There’s an awesome breakfast platter there that we highly recommend. The Breakfast Ronto Wrap is another great choice found at Ronto Roasters in the center of the land.
Disney may continue to add breakfast items as early crowds rush into Walt Disney World – and we certainly hope so!
