A new 2021 Magic Kingdom holiday party called “Disney Very Merriest After Hours” will debut this year at the Walt Disney World Resort.
The holidays are coming back in full swing at the Walt Disney World Resort! This year, guests are invited to an all-new after hours party to celebrate the season. “Disney Very Merriest After Hours” will debut at Magic Kingdom with dates in November and December.
The After Hours party promises limited tickets, low attraction wait times, and access to more than 20 attractions throughout the park. This is an extra-paid ticketed event and not included in your daytime ticket. You do not need a daytime ticket in addition to an After Hours party ticket.
However, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will not return this year. There’s no word from Disney if this party will ever come back or if the After Hours party has replaced it for good. Nonetheless, we expect “Very Merriest” to feel very similar. Guests can see lights on Cinderella Castle, meet their favorite holiday characters, and snack on complimentary snacks. In addition, a nightly fireworks display called “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks” returns for the event!
