Halloween has become one of the most celebrated holidays at the Walt Disney World Resort. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is the premier event at the Magic Kingdom. In 2019, several dates sold out as guests clamored to purchase tickets. To satisfy guest hunger, tickets are now available for select dates August through November 2020:
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Dates:
August: 13, 18, 21, 25, 28
September: 1, 4, 7, 11, 13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27, 29
October: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31
November: 1
Disney hasn’t added any new attractions for the Halloween Party yet. Last year, guests rode Space Mountain in pitch blackness, Pirates of the Caribbean added live actors, and the Mad Tea Party played a spooky new tune. These attractions are only available to guests who have purchased special event tickets to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. However, during normal park hours, those rides operate as usual.
Tickets range from $85-$149, with prices increasing on weekends and dates closer to Halloween. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members save $5 per ticket on most dates. However, October 29 and 31 do not offer discounts.
Travel Tip: We recommend visiting in August or September to save money and avoid the crowds that form closer to Halloween. Keep in mind that Disney does limit the tickets to this event, but it can still feel very crowded.
