The Walt Disney World Resort celebrates Black History Month in 2022 with soulful experiences, food, and more!
Guests of the Walt Disney World Resort this February can experience a fresh variety of attractions for Black History Month! Celebrate Soulfully hosts shows, new food, and more for the month. One attraction even features the return of a Pixar Soul-inspired exhibit at Epcot.
Guests at Epcot can check out these amazing instruments and stories of Black musicians in the American Adventure pavilion. Inspired by Pixar’s Soul, The Soul of Jazz exhibit showcases famous musicians and more. At Disney Springs, guests can watch Motown favorite acts all month long. There are also new murals and art displays around the shopping district with characters from the Disney+ series, “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder.”
Also look out for soul food at dining spots around the Resort. Disney Springs has new offerings coming to Polite Pig, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar and D-Luxe Burger, Wine Bar George, House of Blues, City Works Eatery & Pour House, STK and Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’. The Ganachery will also serve Soulfully Sweet Pralines inspired by Joe Gardner from Disney and Pixar’s Soul.
