The new Space 220 Restaurant at Epcot in Walt Disney World finally has a solid opening date planned for September 2021.
The wait is almost over for Disney World’s immersive new dining experience! After what feels like years and years of waiting, guests will finally be able to dine here later this month. Space 220 opens on September 20, 2021 at Epcot!
The space station-themed restaurant transports guests high above the Earth to dine. Of course, this effect is simulated with massive screens all around the restaurant. But based on the images, the entire experience could feel very lifelike!
Space 220 is located near the Mission: SPACE attraction in the former Future World area. Reservations have not been announced yet. It’s possible that Disney World won’t offer reservations for a bit as they’ve done in the past. Then again, these are much different times and Disney may opt to change its plans for that.
