The Coruscant Cooler is a refreshing boozy drink that’s perfect for a hot Florida day. Like most beverages in Galaxy’s Edge, the flavor is complicated. The mix of Maker’s Mark bourbon, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, Carpano Antica sweet vermouth, cranberry, and lime juice make this drink extra tasty. The Coruscant Cooler has a light, citrusy taste. Although, the drink isn’t very strong, we could certainly taste the bourbon.
The drink gets its name from Coruscant, a cosmopolitan planet first seen in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. The drink certainly lives up to its ritzy origin with almost neon coloring.

For the most part, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is identical in Walt Disney World as it is in Disneyland. However, one edge these versions of Black Spire Outpost apart: alcohol. Most of the dining spots around Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios serve an adult beverage. However, at Disneyland, the boozy drinks can only be ordered within Oga’s Cantina.
