The Port of Entry at Islands of Adventure is a myriad of worldly adventures. Looking around, flavors of the east, west, north, and south collide here like a magnificent, fantastic journey. Confisco Grille, the Port of Entry’s premier restaurant, is no exception.
Here, flavors from Asia, Americas, Europe, and the Mediterranean come together for unique twists of food. Universal’s Chef Jason Glus and his team have concocted some appetizing new entrees for the new year!
Pork Belly Banh-Mi Sandwich – Pork belly and pickled carrots served with fresh veggies in a Vietnamese-style sandwich. The sauce is chili aioli!
Sweet and Sour Sticky Ribs – The flavorful name says it all! These flavorful ribs are served on a bed of polenta.
Hearthstone Baked Chicken Sandwich – A new twist on the chicken sandwich. The chicken is baked in a wood oven, and is covered in melted mozzarella. Our mouths are watering!
Other new item include a Chilled Tuna Noodle Bowl, Grilled Lamb Meatballs, and Hummus plate!
