A review of the Churro Ice Cream Sandwich found at Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square. This seasonal snack is the best way to enjoy a churro in Walt Disney World!
When Sleepy Hollow rolled out this churro treat, we didn’t know what to expect. We love churros, but the ones in the Magic Kingdom are often dry and lack flavor. Luckily, this sandwich was a hit!
The swirls of churro were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was blazing hot that day, so we loved trying the scoop of vanilla ice cream with it. The orange sprinkles were also a nice added touch. Naturally, this snack became very messy once the ice cream started to melt!

Unfortunately, the Churro Ice Cream Sandwich is seasonal, meaning Disney doesn’t always have it available. Since it’s a treat with ice cream, we expect its return in the warmer summer and fall dates.
