The new Star Wars Trading Post at the Disneyland Resort will sell the popular Batuuan Spira gift cards when it opens on February 19, 2021!
If you’re looking for a fun way to spend your credits at the Disneyland Resort, the Batuuan Spira is a fantastic option. This metal “gift card” is shaped like a Star Wars coin and can be reloaded with money to use at Downtown Disney and Buena Vista Street. Most locations that take Disney gift cards should also take this payment.
In the past, we’ve reviewed the Batuuan Spira as one of the best deals at Disneyland. Once upon a time, this gift card token could be purchased with any load of $100 or more. However, Disney has since begun charging an additional $4.99 service fee. While we don’t like the added price, we still think the token is a lot of fun. Plus, you can reload it after purchasing, so it still is a great deal.
Spira, and other Star Wars merchandise, will be available at the new Star Wars Trading Post taking over the former Rainforest Cafe location. Set to look like a hidden jungle resistance base, there should be plenty of Star Wars details for guests to enjoy while they shop.
