When Avengers Campus opens at Disney California Adventure it will use both a standby and virtual queue for guests to access the new land.
Avengers Campus opens to the public on June 4 and Disneyland is expecting this new land to be incredibly popular. The first-ever Marvel-themed land designed by Disney will have a new ride, shops, and plenty of dining! Spanning over 6 acres, Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission—BREAKOUT! is also part of the land.
Since demand will be high, Disney is limiting the number of guests allowed inside of Avengers Campus. There will be two different ways that guests can access the land during their visit. In the end, there may not be much of a reason to try to get there early.
The first method is a standby queue that can be accessed near one of the entries to Avengers Campus. Just walk past Carthay Circle from Buena Vista Street and join the line there. It’s unclear if any part of this standby queue will use a virtual method. However, we are expecting some sort of physical line for it, at least in part.
The second method is by gaining entry with WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure. Once guests have their boarding group called, they can access the attraction and then enjoy the land. The virtual queue for the ride begins at 7am and 12pm. Click here for more information about how to join!

Finally, getting a mobile order will not guarantee entry into Avengers Campus. So it’s recommended that you wait until getting into the land before dining there, or you may not have access to your food. To get Disneyland tips and updates, sign up for our free e-mail newsletter!
