Disney World to offer daily Early Theme Park Entry for its hotel guests at each of the resort four theme parks!

An amazing new benefit is coming soon for Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests! Early Theme Park Entry allows guests to access the four parks 30 minutes before opening. Best of all, Early Theme Park Entry works every day at all four theme parks!

Early Theme Park Entry is replacing Extra Magic Hours, which previously bounced around to different parks, depending on the day. While we saw Extra Magic Hours as a nice benefit, we believe that Early Theme Park Entry is an even better deal for guests. In the past, Extra Magic Hours could be a hinderance as guests flocked to those theme parks, packing them before others could arrive. Extra Magic Hour parks also often had longer waits throughout the day. Extra Magic Hours did not return when the parks reopened in July.

Of course, only time will tell how Early Theme Park Entry will impact other guests. We also don’t have any word on the return of products like FastPass+ and the Disney Dining Plan, which may or may not work in conjunction with Early Theme Park Entry.

The added benefit comes on the heels of Disney’s decision to discontinue its Magical Express transportation from the airport. The complimentary bus service will conclude at the end of 2021. To give its hotel guests an edge over others, Disney will often add benefits as they take away another. These are also typically done to keep up with guest expectations and needs.
