Disney CEO Bob Chapek says face masks will likely be required at Disney Parks including the Walt Disney World Resort and the Disneyland Resort.
After the reopening of Shanghai Disneyland today, fans of Disney Parks wonder what will be required during the U.S. opens. Disney CEO Bob Chapek answered some of these questions in an interview with CNBC.
“Along with social distancing, one of the things that we’re likely going to require is masks for both the Cast and the guests.” Chapek also said that this is a cultural issue for many Americans planning to return to the parks. He acknowledged the challenges in Florida where summer and fall weather is typically very hot and humid.
