During Epcot’s festival seasons, we notice that the Moroccan booths are the quietest. However, these shouldn’t be looked over. Some of the absolute best snacks are served here.
Our favorite is the Fried Cauliflower with Capers. It’s crispy, zesty, and incredibly hearty. We loved it so much that we nearly ordered a second helping. The golden chunks of cauliflower somehow taste meaty and its truly delicious.
We added this item to our list of must-have snacks for this year’s Flower & Garden Festival. In fact, it’s at the top of our list so that it (hopefully) doesn’t become overlooked.
